JNTU-HYDERABAD : Information on Extension of Registrations for University Examinations (December-2011) With Late Fee of Rs.5000/- & Rs.10,000/-.

Several representations from the Principals of the colleges have been received for the issue of permission for the registrations of University Exams with a late fee.

The Principals  of all the affiliated and constituent colleges are informed to note that, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor has approved (Ref. cited above)  to extend the last date for the online registrations of odd semester University exams of B.Tech. and B.Pharm. courses upto 24-11-2011, with a late fee of Rs. 5,000/-, and upto 09-12-2011 with a late fee of Rs. 10,000/-.

Similarly for the online registrations of even semester and I year University supply exams of B.Tech. and B.Pharm. courses,  the last date  has been extended upto 24-11-2011 with a late fee of Rs. 5,000/- and upto 23-12-2011 and with a late fee of Rs. 10,000/-.

The Principals are further informed to note that the amount of registration fees (with Rs. 5000/- late fee) are to be transferred by RTGS/IFSC mode on or before the date on which the Exam material is scheduled to hand-over to your college from the concerned ACEs. This RTGS/IFSC transfer receipt should be submitted along with the main RTGS/IFSC transfer receipt, to the officer concerned on the day of material delivery.

For the registrations with a late fee of Rs. 10,000/-, the fee amount has to be transferred by  RTGS/IFSC mode on 25-11-2011 and 23-12-2011 respectively for the Odd Sem. and Even Sem (including I year) University Exams.  The cooperation of the principals is highly solicited for the successful conduct  of the University Exams.
