3. Discuss the benefits of biogas and how biogas slurry can be recycled in agriculture.
4. Discuss volatilization losses of nitrogen.
5. Write down the precautions to be followed for fertilizer storage.
6. Discuss advantages and disadvantages of incorporation of application of bulky organic
manures.

SECTION-C
7. Differentiate secondary and micronutrient fertilizers. Write down deficiency symptoms of
zinc and manganese and how their deficiency can be rectified.
8. Define Composting. Discuss in detail about different methods of composting.
9. Define Fertilizer Control Order. Discuss the power of ADO with respect to fertilizer
control order.
