UNIT-1

1. Design a commercial kitchen of size 12 Mtrs x 18 Mtrs for a restaurant of 150 person sitting capacity in a commercial area. Draw the layout plans (above counter lvl & below counter lvl) and 2 Nos detailed sections on suitable scale. (25)

2. Draw the working drawing of a residence as given plan (FIG 1&2).The finished floor to floor height is 3.30 mtrs and the type of foundation is steeped foundation. Use suitable scale for drawings :
   a) Detailed section as marked Y-Y
   b) Centre line foundation plan (2x12.5=25)
3. a) Draw the working drawing-detail of the toilet and dressing area as marked “A” for given plan (FIG 1) on suitable scale. The finished floor to floor height is 3.30 mtrs.
