INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES :
- Attempt THREE questions in ALL with at least ONE question from EACH UNIT.
- Assume the missing data if any and mention that along with answer.
UNIT-1
- Design a commercial kitchen of size 12 Mtrs x 18 Mtrs for a restaurant of 150 person sitting capacity in a commercial area. Draw the layout plans (above counter lvl & below counter lvl) and 2 Nos detailed sections on suitable scale. (25)
- Draw the working drawing of a residence as given plan (FIG 1&2).The finished floor to floor height is 3.30 mtrs and the type of foundation is steeped foundation. Use suitable scale for drawings :
a) Detailed section as marked Y-Y
b) Centre line foundation plan (2x12.5=25) - a) Draw the working drawing-detail of the toilet and dressing area as marked “A” for given plan (FIG 1) on suitable scale. The finished floor to floor height is 3.30 mtrs.
b) Write short note on Pre -tensioning of a RCC structure. (2x12.5=25)
