UNIT-I
1. Sketch the making of Aluminium Sections. (12.5)
2. Sketch the Manufacturing Process of Cast Iron. (12.5)
3. Sketch the Manufacturing of Stainless Steel. (12.5)

UNIT-II
4. Make the suitable details of opening 2400mm ? 2400mm, Door-Window, with Sill height
365mm, 32mm thick red sandstone Jamb and Sill (at slope 1:50), using Aluminium
Sliding door and Fixed and openable windows in profile sections. (25)
5. Make the suitable details of opening 2400mm ? 1500mm, Window, with Sill height
365mm, 32mm thick RCC Jamb and Sill (at slope 1:30), using Pressed Steel frames and
wooden Fixed and openable window shutters. (25)
6. Make the suitable Truss proposal for the span of 30m where maximum height of building
shall not exceed 20m. Make all suitable details. (25)
7. Make the suitable details of factory made with prefabricated Steel Panels using Steel
Structural system, flooring, and Staircase details. (25)
