reasons.

different building typologies.
4. List down the fire safety norms of a multi-storied commercial building in a dense urban
area, as per NBC.
5. Explain in details the Control sheets of Chandigarh, in relation to building design.
6. What are the requirements of submission drawings as per PUDA? Draw a schematic
layout of the same.
7. Write an essay on the need for controls in Town Development process.
