b) Any one detailed elevation or any one detailed section

2. Discuss the concept of prefabrication in building industry. Give advantages and
disadvantages of on-site and off-site prefabrication. Sketch out any 3 prefabricated
building components. (25)
3. Highlight the concept of modular coordination in buildings. Describe a basic module

4. What are curtain walls? Where are they used? Describe materials used for constructing
curtain walls. Draw cross section of any one curtain wall system giving all dimensions
and specifications. (25)
5. Draw detailed working drawing plan of a commercial kitchen. Assume suitable size of
