- A 60 year old woman who is a known Hypertensive for the past 4 years presents to the Emergency Room with history of diffuse chest pain for the past 2 hours. Her pain did not subside with rest and was radiating to the jaw and left shoulder. She also had profuse sweating and on examination she was conscious, her peripheries were cold and clammy. Her pulse rate was 110/min, low volume pulse, Blood Pressure 80/60mmHg, Jugular Venous pressure raised. On auscultation third heart sound heard and basal crackles present.
- What is the probable clinical diagnosis?
