of Gratuity Act, 1972?
Q6. How minimum wages are fixed as per minimum wages Act, 1948?

Q7. What are different challenges for HRM in this digital era of Liberalization, Privatization
and Globalization (LPG)?
Q8. Explain operative and managerial functions of HRM.
