has been reported. What strategy should be adopted to check the development of
resistance?
Q4. Write down Integrated management practices to control foot rot of citrus and black tip of
mango.
Q5. Differentiate between Panama wilt and Sigatoka disease of banana.
Q6. How you will produce disease free seed of potato in your fields?

Q7. a) Write the important symptoms, causal agent, disease cycle, favorable factors and
management of apple scab.
b) What measures should be adopted in controlling viral diseases of vegetable crops?
Q8. Write down the diseases of cucurbits, their symptoms, causal organisms and integrated
management practices to control these diseases.
Q9. Describe symptoms, etiology, favourable factors, survival and integrated management
practices to control late blight of potato.
