- A 4 years old male child presented with fatigue, fever, epistaxis, bleeding gums, bone pain and CNS manifestations from meningeal involvement. Physical examination revealed petechiae and ecchymoses of skin and mucous membranes, generalized lymphadenopathy and testicular enlargement. The leukocyte and differential counts were abnormal. 1+4+3+3=10
