- A 58 year old male labourer presented with history of epigastric pain occurring immediately and sometimes within two hours of taking food. The pain relieved by vomiting. He had good appetite but afraid to eat and used to take bland diet. There is significant loss of body weight and deep tenderness present in the mid line of epigastrium. 1+3+4+2=10
