1. A 40 year old male presented with dashboard injury, with flexion,
adduction and internal rotation deformity of right hip joint, with
apparent shortening and painful restriction of movements. What is
your likely diagnosis? How will you manage such an injury? If it is
unstable injury how will you manage?
