1.a) Who are the people in the organization likely to use DSS? And what are the typical
requirements? [5]
b) What are the differences between ?fat clients? and ?thin clients?? [5]
c) What are the activities at the ?implementation? stage of System Development process?

d) List out the technical factors that led to the explosion in GDSS growth. [5]
e) Who uses data warehouses? [5]

2. What are the various factors that affect information quality? Examine them briefly.
