- Analyse the legal concept of Titles and explain Vestitive facts as creating, transferring and extinguishing rights. (8x4=32)
- Natural Law is the dictate of reason – Discuss the evolution of natural law theory.
- Explain legal rights in the wider sense of the term as put forward by Hohfeld.
- Explain the importance of custom as a source of law.
- Explain the meaning and legal consequences of possession. What is meant by possession in law and possession in fact.
- Discuss Austin's Imperative Theory of Law.
- Write short notes on any two: (2x3=6)
- Territorial nature of law
- Right in re aliena and right in re propria
- Solidary Obligation.
