  2. Critically examine the concept of rule of law and separation of powers as conceptual objections to administrative law in UK and USA respectively. Point out the importance of these concepts in India.
  3. No man shall be condemned unheard – Discuss with relevant case law the stages of a fair hearing.
  4. What is delegated legislation ? Examine the effectiveness of Parliamentary Control over delegated legislation.
