She screamed and shouted for help. Mr. Mohan ran away from that place immediately. Case was fired against Mohan. Discuss for what offence Mr. Mohan is liable under the Penal Code.
  3. A introduces water into an ice house belonging to Z, with the intention thereby to cause wrongful loss to Z. Z suffered huge loss because of melting of ice. What offence A is liable. Explain the provisions of IPC, 1860.
