Examine the constitutional position of the president of India.
What is money bill ? Explain the procedure for passing a money bill.
Discuss the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.
Examine the pardoning power and ordinance making power of the Governor.
Discuss the grounds for issue of writ of habeas corpus.
