- Explain the term fact. Distinguish between fact in issue and relevant facts. (8x8=64)
- Explain the doctrine of Res Gestae.
- Examine how facts which are the occasion, cause or effect of facts in issue are relevant.
- Examine the concept of admission under the Indian Evidence Act.
- Define dying declaration and explain its evidentiary value.
