  1. Discuss the principle of Res Judicata under the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code.
  2. What are foreign Judgments? How can they be enforced by the Courts in India?
  3. Explain the provisions of the code dealing with appearance and non-appearance of the parties in a suit.

  6. Examine the effect of Death, Marriage and Insolvency of parties on the suit which is being instituted in the Court.

  8. Explain the provisions of the Code with respect to suits by or against Minors and persons of unsound mind.
