a. Mr. Abhisheikh, uneducated in the matters of surgery performed many operations
for internal piles and saved the life of many patients. He performed similar
operation with the help of ordinary knife, with the consent of the patient.
Unfortunately the patient died due to excess bleeding. Case is ?led against Mr.
Abhisheikh. Which exception can be pleaded in defence before the court?
