Sometimes, people are not sure about what type of food is healthy, and what kind of food can be
harmful to our health. The USDA (The United States Department of Agriculture) has prepared a
food guide to help people learn about which types of food are the healthiest to eat. The food
guide describes six basic food groups: meat (beef, fish, chicken, etc.), dairy (milk, yogurt, cheese
