What is a photodiode? Draw typical I-V characteristic

Draw the logic diagram of a two-to-four line
'decoder using NOR gates only.
An RC coupled ampli?er has a voltage gain of 1000,
fl=50Hz and f2=200 KHz and a distortion of 5%
without feedback. Find the ampli?er voltage gain, fl,
f2 and distortion when negative feedback is applied with
feedback ratio of 0.01.

Design a combinational circuit whose input is a
four-bit number and whose output is the 2's compli-
ment of the input number. I
Explain the properties of a quartz crystal which are re-
sponsible for its use in an oscillator.
A Colpitt's oscillator is designed with C 1:100 Pf and
C2=7500 Pf. The inductance is variable. Determine
the range of inductance values, if the frequency of
oscillation is to vaiy between 750 kHz and 2050 kHz.

resolution of 20mV. What will be its digital output
for an analog input of 2.17V?
