1. Explain daylight factor. Discuss method of calculating daylight in a given room. Assume
door/window sizes/locations data and draw plan and section of the room.
2. Give details of interior lighting design of any landmark building designed by a renowned
architect.
3. Discuss the criteria for external lighting taking an example of a historical building.
4. What are natural and artificial lighting requirements of a hospital ward? How can these
lighting requirements be met?
5. Discuss in detail the lighting design scheme for an Apparel showroom.
