- Ramesh, a 55 years old male, school teacher has come to surgical OPD with complaints of dull aching pain in both legs for past 10 years along with a small ulcer over right leg since 1 month. On examination there is dilated and tortuous veins over both lower limbs along with a 4x3 cm ulcer over the medical malleolus on right leg. Answer the following:
- What is the most probable diagnosis in this case and how will you proceed to investigate this patient.
