A 16 year old female presented with history of decreased urine output and facial puffiness of 3 days duration. On examination her BP was 180/110mmHg. She gives history of being treated for scabies associated skin infection one week prior to this.
Her urine report is as follows:
- Colour, smoky
- RBC's - 20-35 cells/HPF
- WBC - 4-6 cells/HPF
- RBC casts are seen
- Albumin (+)
