CASE SCENARIO

A 50 year old female, a homemaker presented with history of cough with expectoration since 5 years. She described a cupful of sputum with intermittent hemoptysis. The symptoms were worse when she used to lie in right lateral position. She didn't have dyspnoea/ chest pain/palpitations.
She had history of repeated episodes of pneumonia in childhood.
On examination, mild pallor+, grade 3 clubbing+.
RESPIRATORY SYSTEM:
Coarse, leathery crepitations heard in left mammary, infraaxillary and infrascapular areas.
