A middle aged female presented with easy fatiguability and palpitations on exertion since 2 years. She also noticed yellowish discoloration of eyes. There was no discoloration of urine. She also complained of early satiety and bloating sensation in the abdomen.

Liver palpable 6 cms below RCM, span 18cms
