A 25 years lady, SHALINI presented to the hospital with three days history of high colored urine (smoky urine). She also complained of severe headache. Her mother reported that her face looked swollen since three days. She also complained of fatigue for the past 6 months.
On examination:
She had pallor and facial puffiness.

Few pustular lesions on skin.
Her BP was 170/110 mm Hg. Mild pitting pedal edema was present.
Systemic examination revealed few crackles in the lung fields.
