- 50 yrs old Housewife from Kerala has come to the Hospital with the complaints of recurrent attacks of URI, 10 yrs duration with nasal block for 3 months. Patient is a known asthmatic and on bronchodilator treatment since 6 yrs, H/O Diabetes present and on oral Hypoglycemic drugs. She is having deflected nasal septum towards left side with multiple grayish white masses appear as grapes in the middle meatus of both the nostrils, insensitive to touch and don’t bleed. What is your diagnosis? What is Samter’s triad? How will you investigate? How will you manage this patient?
