6. Discuss the object and application of Payment of Bonus Act. What are the categories of
employees excluded from the application of this act?
7. Give a summary of the provisions of the Factory Act, 1948 relating to Safety of the
workers.
UNIT-IV
8. Give the meaning of the term ?Strike and Lockout?. State the circumstances in which
strikes and lockout are prohibited and become illegal.
9. What are the rights and liabilities of a registered Trade Union?
