1. Enumerate the drugs used in leprosy, describe the dosage schedule and adverse effects of the drugs used in multibacillary and paucibacillary leprosy. Discuss the treatment of the lepra reaction occurring during the course of leprosy.
2. Classify nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Describe the pharmacological actions, therapeutic uses and adverse effects of aspirin. Mention the newer clinical uses of aspirin.
