  1. A 24-year-old policeman was brought to Emergency Department after sustaining a gunshot wound to the abdomen while trying to catch a goon. On arrival he is semiconscious, his Heart rate is 130/min and blood pressure is 90/60 mmHg. How will you proceed with the management of this patient?
  2. A 48-year-old lady belonging to the Tarai region of Uttarakhand presented with a painless, progressive swelling in front of the neck of five years duration. Describe the evaluation & management of this patient. [5+5]
  3. You are a doctor in a rural set up. You are called to examine a 2-day old baby who is not looking and refusing to feed. On evaluation you find that the baby has scaphoid abdomen and hasnt passed the first stools. How will you approach this patient?
