- A 63 year old female who is a case of left lower lobe bronchiectasis and Type II respiratory failure is admitted in ICU. She is mechanically ventilated under following settings : Fi02: 40%, PEEP :6cmH2O, Mode: SIMV, Trig: 1.2 Vitals are as follows: HR : 90bpm, RR: 22 breaths/min, BP : 130/90mmHg. Identify the impairments and plan a detailed evidence based PT management based on your assessment findings.
