1. A 13 years old boy came to the OPD with torrential bleeding from the right nasal cavity.

He gives a history of a similar episode of profuse, unprovoked bleeding from the right

nasal cavity 6 months back, when the bleeding stopped by itself. Post nasal examination

revealed a smooth, lobulated pink swelling blocking the choana. Answer the following:
