- Brief on pharmacokinetic models. Discuss on pharmacokinetic parameters like Ka, Ke, t1/2, AUC and tmax and write their significance. What is bioavailability? Write on design and importance of bioequivalence studies.
- Write a note on clinical trials. Give the ICH and CDSCO guidelines for the good clinical practice in the conduct of clinical trials. Discuss the various aspects of monitoring and auditing of clinical trials.
- Write on sample size calculation. Add a note on ‘Chi-square’ test, ‘t’ test and ‘ANOVA'. Explain the concept of “null hypothesis”, “alternate hypothesis” and “degrees of freedom”.
