  1. A 40 years old female came to the OPD with the complaint of recurrent attacks of upper respiratory infection of 10 years duration with nasal block for the past three months. She is a known asthmatic and using inhaled bronchodilators since six years. She is having deflected nasal septum towards left side with multiple smooth glistening pale masses appear as grapes in the middle meatus of both the nostrils which are insensitive to touch and with no evidence of bleeding. What is your diagnosis? What is Samter's triad? How will you investigate this patient? How will you manage this patient? (2+3+4+6)
  2. A 30 year old male with history of right ear discharge for the past 20 years. Now he complains of foul smelling scanty discharge. On examination central perforation of pars tensa is noticed with pus. What is the diagnosis of this condition? Describe the etiology, pathophysiology and clinical features of this condition.
