  1. A 52 year old male smoker presented with a complaint of pain in the right leg while walking for a short distance and blackish discolouration of right 2nd toe.

  2. A 34-year-old female, brought to the emergency department after accidentally falling into wood fire while preparing dinner. She was immediately able to remove from the fire. Upon initial examination, she is anxious but is alert and oriented. The affected areas include both lower legs with burn wounds covering approximately 25% of the total body surface area (TBSA), primarily on the anterior aspect of both legs. Discuss assessment of burn wound, fluid resuscitation in burns and treatment of burn wound.
