- A 50 year old female attended to a clinic for routine check up. A palpable, firm and non tender mass is discovered in her left breast. She reports that she noticed the lump approximately two months ago. But hesitant to seek medical advice. She is post menopausal and her mammogram confirms the presence of 2 cms mass in left breast. Biopsy reveals invasive ductal carcinoma.

- A 40 year old male present OPD with persistent low back pain and progressive weakness in his legs over the past three months. His back pain is worse at night followed by stiffness in morning that improves with movement. Past history of irregularly treated pulmonary tuberculosis. On examination tenderness over lumbar spine and decreased straight leg lower extremities. MRI shows destruction of L2 vertebra with para vertebral abscess formation.
