UNIT-I

1. a) Detail out a kitchen (2.8m × 4.4m) in a house. Draw the plan, elevation, section and relevant details (four) to clear the scheme. Also show water supply & plumbing layout in plan. (15)
   b) Draw the joinery details (1:2) of the above said kitchen door & window/ventilator (1:2) (10)

2. a) Detail out a toilet (1.8m × 2.6m) in a house. Draw the plan, elevations, section and relevant details (four) to clear the design scheme. Also show water supply & plumbing layout in plan. (15)
   b) Draw the cross section of RCC dog leg staircase (floor to floor height 3.5m) showing tread & riser having MS balusters and wooden handrail. Also draw the following details (1:2): 1) baluster fixing 2) Wooden railing fixing to baluster. (10)

UNIT-II

1. Enlist and explain in detail different types of scaffolding used in building construction. Draw the isometric view of each. (25)
2. a) The foundation for a building is to be excavated in loose soil. What type of temporary works will you employ? Draw neat section/ sketches to clear your scheme. (15)
