5. a) Shella, a 30 year old teacher has been admitted to the ward with burns over the anterior aspect of the neck, chest and abdomen two days back. She has been treated medically and has now been referred for physiotherapy. She has a six year old son and her husband works in Dubai.
   1. Discuss her activity limitations and contextual factors. 3
   2. Discuss the short term physiotherapy goals with interventions. 5
   3. Discuss her long term rehabilitation. 7

   b) An 11 year old female child diagnosed with Bronchial asthma complains of breathlessness at rest with tightness of chest and accessory muscle use since the previous day. On auscultation there is bilateral expiratory wheeze and she has an unproductive cough.
