3. Long answer question (any one out of two):
- 43 year old company executive sustained with Rt. sided below knee amputation following vehicle accident. Patient complains of phantom limb and phantom pain sensation. Write functional diagnosis with clinical reasoning. How will you plan short and long term PT management?
- A 35 years old computer engineer comes with the chief complaint of morning stiffness, low back pain, right hip joint & right SI joint pain. He is diagnosed as Ankylosing spondylitis. Discuss functional diagnosis, short term & long term physiotherapy management.

4. Long answer question (any one out of two):
- A 40 year old housewife diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis since last 3 years. Patient has difficulty in all her activities of daily living. She has not taken any treatment. Discuss functional diagnosis and plan short term and long term physiotherapy management.
- 23 year football player has been operated for Rt. ACL reconstruction 1 week back. Patient wants to go back to his sport after rehabilitation. Discuss functional diagnosis and plan physiotherapy management.
