Section "B" LAQ (30 Marks)
- Long answer question (any one out of two):
- A 20 year old girl had a fall from a moving train and sustained a head injury. Presently she is in the ICU and her GCS is 10. She also has Cheyne-Stokes breathing pattern. Discuss the ICF and short term and long term Physiotherapy Management for the same. (3+8+4)
- Discuss ICF and Physiotherapy Management of a 60 year old businessman diagnosed with Parkinson's disease having complaints of loss of balance and frequent falls and is graded III on Yahr scale and stay on first floor. (7+8)
- Long answer question (any one out of two) :
- A 30 year old female admitted in the hospital with a diagnosis of recurrent Multiple Sclerosis years back. Patient mainly complains of fatigue and difficulty in vision and loss of balance. Discuss ICF and Physiotherapy Management for the same. (7+8)
- A 23 year old male met with a Road Traffic Accident 8 weeks back. He had Fracture shaft of humerus and is unable to extend his wrist since then. Discuss the ICF and the short and long term Physiotherapy Management for the same. (7+8)
