e) Discuss the rationale of Physiotherapy management in below knee amputation.
1). Enumerate the clinical findings of pneumonia. Discuss the Physiotherapy management for right lower lobe resolving Pneumonia.
SECTION - B (LAQ) (30 Marks)
3. Long answer question (any one out of two): (1x15=15)
- A 40 year old male working in a chemical company as Laboratory Assistant, is suffering from dyspnoea on exertion since 1 year and excessive sputum production since the past 6 months. Patient is a chronic smoker and has a history of repeated chest infections. His HRCT shows honey comb appearance over bilateral lower lobes of his lungs. Discuss his ICF along with functional diagnosis and plan the Physiotherapy management according to short term and long term goals. (5+5+5)
- A 60 year old executive working in a multi - national company was admitted to the emergency department 2 days ago with shortness of breath and severe chest pain after playing badminton with his grandson. His ECG revealed ST segment elevation with T wave inversion in leads I and aVL. Troponines also showed an increased level. Currently, he is medically stable. Discuss his ICF along with functional diagnosis and plan the Physiotherapy management. (5+1)

- A 30 year old female suffered 40% superficial partial thickness burns over the neck, chest and both upper limbs due to a stove burst 5 days ago. She is currently admitted in the hospital and her vitals are stable. She stays in the slums in an unhygienic area. Discuss her ICF with clinical reasoning and plan the Physiotherapy management according to short term and long term goals. (3+6+6)
- A 45 year old housewife is suffering from severe swelling in right upper extremity. The swelling started 2 months ago and gradually increased over time. She has a history of mastectomy & months back. The fluid is high in proteins and the patient is diagnosed as Lymphedema. Discuss her ICF and plan the Physiotherapy management according to short term and long term goals. (3+6+6)
