- A 30 years old female had history of fever 2 weeks back following which she complained of progressive weakness in all 4 limbs. Presently she also has breathlessness on exertion. She was admitted in the hospital for a week.

- A 3 year old female child was brought to the PT OPD with complains of difficulty in sitting up, standing and walking. On examination she has increased tone in her lower limbs and walk with a crossing pattern. Her mother reported that the child was born in the 7th month and had a delayed cry.

- A 65 years old woman complains of heaviness of left side of body. On examination she has raised blood pressure for which she is not taking regular medications. Her tone is found to be increased more in the lower limbs than upper limbs. She is a housewife with 4 members in the family. Explain ICF and PT management. [5 + 10 = 15]
- A 5 year old boy was brought to the PT OPD by his parents with complains of frequent falls while playing. He has great difficulty in getting up from sitting position. On observation size of calf muscles is noted to be increased.
