    1. A 45 year old farmer, known asthmatic is admitted to chest medicine ward with complains of wheezing, breathlessness, cough and expectoration since last three days and is on optimal medical therapy. He is a chronic smoker, married and sole earning member. Discuss ICF and plan his short term and long term physiotherapy management. [5 + 5 +5=15]
    2. A 40 year old female, right handed, teacher by occupation has undergone right modified mastectomy three weeks back and is receiving chemotherapy. She has swelling in right upper limb and pain in right shoulder. She is married, has two children and whishes to resume her job. Discuss ICF with clinical reasoning. Plan her short term and long term physiotherapy management. [5+5+5=15]
  2. Long answer question (any one out of two) : [1 × 15 = 15]
    1. A 50 year old male, chronic smoker, known hypertensive, working as an executive in a Multinational Company suffered from sudden onset chest pain radiating to left upper limb and upper back. His ECG shows ST elevation with pathological Q waves and blood levels show elevated CKMB and Troponin levels. He is medically stable now. Discuss ICF and plan his Cardiac Rehabilitation in details. [5 + 10=15]

    3. A 22 year old male electrician suffered from 30% mixed burns over right upper limb and anterior chest due to an accidental contact with the wiring.
