4. A 40 years old shop floor supervisor sustained crush injury of Rt. Leg which required Transtibial amputation. Plan PT management in relation to functional diagnosis short term and long term goals. (5+5=10)
5. 18 years old male athlete met with ACL injury and reconstruction surgery done one week back. Write short term and long term goals with physiotherapy management to rehabilitate him totally. (3+7=10)
OR
5. 50 years old housewife diagnosed as Rt frozen shoulder comes with trapezius spasm and flexion range 0-90° - abduction range 0-60° and extension 0°. and pain on VAS scale 7/10. Plan short term and long term goal with PT management. (3+7=10)
