SECTION-A & SECTION-B
- Use blue/black ball point pen only.
- Do not write anything on the blank portion of the question paper. If written anything, such type of act will be considered as an attempt to resort to unfair means.

- Draw diagrams wherever necessary.

SECTION-A SAQ (50 Marks)

SECTION-BLAQ (30 Marks)

- A 40 year old female known case of diabetes and hypertension is diagnosed with Left ACA infarct 2 months back. At present she has grade 2 spasticity in her right upper and lower limbs. She stays on the second floor without lift facility. She is a housewife and has a family of 3 people.
- Write ICF with clinical reasoning. [5]
- Describe short term and long term Physiotherapy Interventions in details. [10]
- Discuss ICF with clinical reasoning and detailed physiotherapy management for a 30 year old female patient who is a case of acute transverse myelitis at the level of T10 vertebrae. [5+10]
