    1. 34 year old male smoker, diagnosed with post PTB bronchiectasis, complains of breathlessness MMRC grade 3, productive cough with copious amounts of sputum. Chest radiograph shows heterogenous opacities all over lung fields with tracheal shift to left side. Discuss ICF & PT management for this case. [7+8=15]
    2. 48 year old driver operated for right BK amputation 7 days back, due to peripheral arterial disease. Popliteal artery on the same side is grade 1+. On the left side the dorsalis pedis & posterior tibial are 2+. Discuss ICF & PT management for him. [7+8=15]

    1. 35 year old housemaid suffered accidental stove burns 3 days back affecting her upper chest, face & bilateral upper limbs. Discuss her ICF & PT management. Write the Wallace's Rule of Nine. [6+6+3=15]
    2. 43 year old businessman has undergone CABG 20 days back. He is a known case of type II DM since 5 years on regulat medication with BMI 32. Plan his phase II cardiac rehabilitation program along with ICF for the same. Give grades of Obesity. [5+7+3=15]
