4. A 54 year old lady suffering from type II DM since past 10 years had to undergo a below knee amputation 2 weeks back due to chronic non healing ulcer on the right leg. She stays with her brother in their native place. Her BMI is 29.2 and waist: hip ratio is 0.9. Discuss her functional diagnosis. Discuss her short term and long term goals for PT management.
5. a) A 60 yr old retired watchman was admitted with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma 5 days back to the IRCU. Today his ABG report is pH: 7.30, pCO2: 52mmHg, pO2:72mmHg, BE: 2.5, HCO3 : 29mEq/Lt. He is a chronic smoker since past 40 years and is allergic to cold climate. Discuss his functional diagnosis. Discuss his short and long term PT management.

b) A 40 year old IT professional suffered an Anterior wall myocardial infarction 2 days back. He was immediately thrombolysed. He is a chronic smoker and alcoholic. He has family history of Hypertension and DM type II. Discuss his functional diagnosis. Discuss his cardiac rehab phase 1. Suggest lifestyle modifications for
