4. A 60 yr. old man reports to physiotherapy department with complaints of difficulty in initiating movements, slowness of movements, difficulty in turning and maintaining balance in standing. Patient also complaints of tremors on rest. Write functional diagnosis with clinical reasoning. Write in detail PT management and goals for the same. (1x15=15)

8. A 4 yr. old boy is brought to P.T. dept. by his parents with complaints of repeated falls while walking, difficulty to climb stairs. He has hypertrophy of both calves, also demonstrates difficulty in getting up from floor. His maternal cousin is 8 yr. old and he also complains of difficulty in ambulation. Write ICIDH2, discuss short term and long term goals with P.T. management for them.

5. A 60 yr. old retired school teacher staying with her husband, married son and daughter in law on 1st floor apartment complaints of weakness in right upper limb and lower limb since last three weeks. She has history of HTN and DM. She gave history of sudden onset of weakness prior to which she had severe headache. Write ICIDH2, discuss short term and long term goals with P.T. management for them.
